Your outdoor space should feel like your space.

At our Windsor Park Project — Preston Hollow, Dallas, this outdoor living space was designed around how the homeowners wanted to live outside.

A custom covered structure with warm wood ceilings, exposed beams, integrated fans and heaters creates a comfortable gathering space, while the surrounding water feature brings movement and atmosphere right to the edge of the patio.

A great outdoor space isn’t just about how it looks. It’s about how every detail works together.

At this Hickory Hill Estates project in Argyle, we designed the space for year-round use with tall tongue-and-groove ceilings, Bromic heaters, ceiling fans, motorized shades, multiple levels of stone hardscape, and a dedicated entertainment wall.

One of the smaller details was also one of the most functional: the grilling area was extended with its own covered patio section and a fold-down shade designed to help protect the motorized screen from heat coming off the grills.

Those are the kinds of decisions that turn a patio into a space people actually use.

At our Montebello Park project, the goal was to create an outdoor living space that feels like a natural extension of the home—adding comfort, function and a defined place to gather without losing the character of the property.

A custom pool should be more than something to swim in—it should shape the way the entire backyard is experienced.

At our Lakewood Heights project in Dallas, the pool was designed with a raised integrated spa, expansive tanning ledge, built-in loungers and a wide spillway that creates a strong visual connection between the pool and surrounding outdoor living areas.

Every detail was considered as part of one complete backyard environment.
