🐺 8th grade shirts, a gift from PTA, were sent home with 8th graders today, Thursday 5/21! Please wear your class shirt during the 8th grade Final Walk tomorrow, Friday 5/22! 🚶🏫

Please see the following message from RMS for details about the 8th grade Final Walk-

On the last day of school, we have our Final Walk for the 8th grade students. The 8th graders will be led through the halls of Roach one last time while the 6th & 7th grade students and teachers wish them well with signs, cheers, and a few tears. Students will exit the front doors of the school to be greeted by you, their family and friends to send them off to high school! Bring signs, balloons, etc. to cheer your students on to 9th grade! The walk will begin at approximately 3:20, so please plan on being in the front by that time. Parents are NOT allowed inside the building. You will need to meet your student as they exit the front doors. Once students have exited the building, they will not be allowed back inside, so once they have said all of your goodbyes, they are free to go.

Reminder, tomorrow is the last day to submit your proof of residency so your student can receive their teacher assignment or schedule before the first day of school.

Students can wear semi-formal attire & their favorite Sneakers! Enjoy music, dancing, snacks, and a fun night with the 8th grade class!

This week’s Top Ram is someone who needs no introduction... Mrs. Maria. Not only does she keep our school clean, she does it with such joy in her heart. She was one of three that we celebrated who has worked at this campus for 20 years. Thank you Mrs. Maria! 😊💙💛
