The results are in and we have our official winners of the Fruitport District Library's 3rd Annual Art Gala!

Thank you to all those who attended this years gala, we are especially grateful to the local artist's who submitted and allowed use to exhibit their wonderful art!!

In the Adult category:
-1st Place: "Breath of Life", by Jentry Beck
-2nd Place: A Study in Purple: Search for Odds and Ends", by Lin Holtrop

In the Teens category:
-1st Place: "Midnight on the Countryside", by Lucus Pastuche

In the Kids category we had 9 entries, all of which received a prize for participating in the gala!

Thank you again to the volunteers, artists, and the support of our local community that not only made this event possible, but also a success!

That's a wrap for the Fruitport District Library's 3rd Annual Art Gala!

This past weekend the Library showcased over 30 local artists and their artwork at the Books for Friends: Used Bookstore and Activity Center in the Lakes Mall! We had more than 250 visitors attend this years Gala and celebrate the talented artists in our community!

We greatly appreciate all those who participated in and made this event possible, especially our Friends of the Fruitport Library volunteers!
