ACE garden club met and made all sorts of exciting discoveries!

We learned about photosynthesis, and why not all green plants are the same color of green. Different chlorophyll comes in different colors!

Also, we saw giant swallowtail butterfly caterpillars, and they sometimes look like bird droppings, and other times look like a snake! What interesting defenses they have!

❤️ Today our Cubs wore RED in celebration of Dyslexia Awareness Month! ❤️

We loved seeing our teachers and students show their support by wearing red and helping spread awareness! ❤️📚 We are so grateful to have the best Dyslexia teachers, that go above and beyond for their students. Together, we celebrate the unique strengths and talents of all our learners! 🐻❤️

Last week, we were excited to welcome our Superintendent, Dr. Gregorski, to ACE! 💙💚

He was greeted by members of our Kindness Crew, interviewed by members of our Cubs Gazette, and had the opportunity to visit classrooms and see our Cubs and teachers in action. 🐾📚

We are so grateful for his time, support, and genuine interest in our campus and our students. We love showing off all the wonderful things happening at our school! 💙💚

9-2-5 Day! 💕 It was a fun day seeing many of our staff in their finest Dolly shirts and western wear. To many, Dolly Parton was more than just a singer/songwriter, she was someone that believed dreams can come true through the power of reading. 📚 Today we celebrate her legacy to put books into the hands of children in need. 🫶

“The seeds of dreams are often found in books, and the seeds you help plant in your community can grow across the world.” — Dolly Parton
