The Harlem Township Zoning Commission will hold a special meeting for the purpose of a preliminary meeting with Erica Wares.

The meeting is scheduled for October 14, 2026, at 6:30 PM at the Harlem Township Building, 3883 South State Rt 605, Galena, Ohio 43021.
The meeting is open to the public. The meeting is also available on Zoom.

This is a reminder that The Harlem Township Board of Trustees will be holding a special meeting on October 7, 2026, at 6:30pm at the Harlem Township Firehouse, 3883 South State Route 605, Galena, Ohio 43021.

-This meeting will be for the Harlem Township Trustees and the Mayor of the Village of Galena to sign the final CEDA agreement.
-Please note there will also be two zoning hearings prior to this special meeting. Those hearings will take place October 7, 2026 at 5:30pm and 5:40pm.

These meetings are open to the public and currently available on Zoom. Public comments will be allowed at the beginning and end of each Board of Trustees meeting, as well as during any public hearing. Attendees are encouraged to use the time at the beginning of the meeting to provide comments on agenda items, as time will not be available for audience discussion while the business portion of the meeting is in session.

🚰 HYDRANT FLUSHING NOTICE 🚰

Please be advised that Del-Co Water Company (Delco) will be flushing fire hydrants throughout Harlem Township this week.

Residents may notice temporary changes in water pressure or discoloration of the water while hydrants are being flushed. If you experience discolored water, please run your cold water for a few minutes until it clears.

Thank you for your patience and understanding while this necessary maintenance is completed. 💧
