We had so much fun today. We enjoyed our Halloween party, posed for a few pictures and then we went downtown to pass out candy to the kids. We were able to make over 400 treat bags. Thank you all for making our day a little brighter. So many people behind the curtains to make this possible.

We will be having our front parking lot re-surfaced. The work will begin tomorrow. We are asking all visitors to use the back parking lot and door while visiting. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Our annual pumpkin decorating contest. Staff teamed up with a resident to be eligible. 1st place winners were Patti and Kelli, 2nd place were Debbie and Kaitlyn , 3rd place were Marsha and Becky. Congratulations to all. There were some great entries this year.

Should we be worried that almost a 1/3 of our residents were waiting to play this game? It’s not every day you get to “whack a staff”. Human Whack-a-Mole was a hit for sure.

We had a great time making cookies with some of our high school students. It felt great to bake for ourselves again.

It was auction time! A big thank you to Cory from Compassus Hospice for bringing prizes and being our auctioneer. Everyone had a wonderful time.

This year several residents and staff will be passing out candy at the parade downtown on the 30th. Our staff will provide candy but If you would like to donate candy to add for them to pass out I know they would love it. There are lots of little ones in that parade. Thank you for your support.
