🔥 **It’s Fire Prevention Week!** 🚒

Fire safety starts at home, and a few simple steps can make a BIG difference when every second counts.

Yesterday, us along with other Galloway Fire Departments, were at Assumption Regional Catholic School to demonstrate fire safety.

🏠 Test your smoke alarms regularly
🔥 Keep anything that can burn away from heat sources
🚪 Have a home fire escape plan — and practice it with your family
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Make sure everyone knows **two ways out** of every room
📍 Pick a safe meeting place outside

This week, take a few minutes to talk about fire safety with your family. A little preparation today can help save a life tomorrow.

Stay safe from all of us at the **Oceanville Volunteer Fire Company!** 🚒🔥

🚨 EVENT CANCELLATION 🚨

Due to the impending weather this weekend, we have made the difficult decision to cancel Saturday’s South Jersey Fire Truck Pull. The safety of our participants, survivors and thrivers, volunteers, vendors, supporters, and staff is always our top priority. While we are incredibly disappointed that we won’t be able to come together this Saturday, we know this is the right decision.

We are so grateful to everyone who has supported the South Jersey Fire Truck Pull and our mission to end cancer as we know it, for everyone. 💗🚒

Thank you for your understanding, flexibility, and continued support. 💕

🔥 Happy National Volunteer Firefighter Day! 🚒

Today, we recognize the incredible men and women who answer the call—not because it’s their job, but because it’s their commitment to their community.

Volunteer firefighters sacrifice nights, weekends, holidays, and precious time with their families to protect their neighbors when they need them most. Whether it’s a fire, accident, medical emergency, or someone simply needing help, they’re there.

To every volunteer firefighter: THANK YOU for your courage, dedication, sacrifice, and service. ❤️🚒

And a special thank you to the families behind the firefighters who make sacrifices of their own.

👨‍🚒 Proud to support our volunteers today and every day!

Today is Volunteer Firefighters Recognition Day, and we're honoring the dedicated men and women who selflessly serve their communities.

Volunteer firefighters respond to emergencies at all hours, train year-round, and sacrifice time with their families to help others when they're needed most.

To every volunteer firefighter across the country: thank you for your courage, your commitment, and everything you do to keep your communities safe.

Tag a volunteer firefighter who deserves a shoutout. ❤️🚒
