Thank you volunteers for all your hard work! I can see the the pollinator garden from my office window. It is a beautiful setting for all to enjoy. If you visit city hall, take some time to enjoy this wonderful space.

This great news for Garden City kids! We lost the playset to arson last year and getting a replacement set quickly was important. Our Public Works Dept. did a great job getting the new set ordered and delivered. It should be installed in the coming weeks.

I was an honor to sign a city proclamation to acknowledge the children of our military service members!

It is with the deepest sadness that we must report Mayor Rick Hogaboam experienced a medical emergency tonight and has passed away.

We ask the community to please keep his family and loved ones in your prayers during this incredibly difficult time.

As we begin to mourn this unbelievable loss, please provide grace while we navigate the loss of not only our Mayor, but also our friend.

If you are interested in a volunteer opportunity, and enjoy marketing, GC would like to have you apply to be on our newly established marketing committee! This committee will meet monthly and assist with marketing the city across platforms. It is a great, and fun, way to get involved in GC!

City of Garden City, Idaho, residents and business owners, we want to hear from you! Applications are now open to join the Garden City Marketing Steering Committee, and we currently have 5 positions available.

This committee will help guide marketing efforts that highlight what makes Garden City special and support our local businesses, events, and community identity.

It was an honor to proclaim February 17th as Lt. Tom Patterson day in GC. Thank you Lt. Patterson for your decades of dedication to our community.

I am honored to have earned the voters confidence to be Garden City’s next Mayor. Thank you for all the support and encouragement during the campaign. Special thanks to my wife Kristen who kept me organized and motivated everyday. I could not ask for a better life partner.

Today is my final day of door knocking and tomorrow the voters of Garden City will decide who they trust to lead the city moving forward. I have enjoyed campaigning and meeting with residents and being greeted by some adorable doorbells among the ~ 1500 doors I’ve knocked on. Meet Piper, the final doorbell of the campaign!
