The Voice of Garden Grove is back! 🎤

We're looking for vocally-talented, local high school students to compete in the 14th Annual Voice of Garden Grove singing competition. Who has what it takes to be the next Voice of Garden Grove and win $500?

We will be holding both in-person and virtual auditions for this summer’s competition. Students interested in auditioning MUST submit an interest form, which can be found online at ggcf.com/thevoice.

We still have two more in-person auditions, which will be held at the Community Meeting Center, 11300 Stanford Avenue, on the following dates and times:
• Thursday, June 4th 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
• Wednesday, June 10th 4:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Virtual audition videos will be accepted through 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 10th. Students who submit an online interest form will be emailed further instruction regarding the in-person and virtual audition process.

The Garden Grove Community Foundation honors the life and service of Board Member Eric Williams, who passed away unexpectedly in October.

Eric joined the Foundation in 2015 and played an active role on the Summer Concert Committee, helping bring musical performances that families throughout Garden Grove could enjoy. He often served as an emcee and delighted young concertgoers with his balloon creations.

Since 2021, Eric served as the Foundation secretary, offering thoughtful guidance and representing the voice of West Garden Grove. His dedication to the community extended beyond the Foundation through his involvement in his church and his commitment to making Garden Grove a better place for all.

Eric is deeply missed by his fellow Board Members, colleagues, and the many residents whose lives he touched. We extend our heartfelt condolences and prayers to the Williams family.
