ATTENTION GARDINER RESIDENTS!

Christ Church is under construction and the area of Dresden Avenue that runs between Church St and School St, opposite the Common will be closed and there will be heavy equipment there off and on through the end of November. The construction company is coordinating with the Church and the Gardiner Police Department. Any questions regarding the construction should be directed to the Church, not the city. Residents are encouraged to plan alternate routes for the next six weeks and to be mindful of small children playing in the Common during this phase of construction.

Free Soup and Bread to Go has started up again! We'll serve each week on fall and winter Thursday evenings from 5pm to 6pm.

Menu this week: Chicken and Corn Chowder, a homestyle chowder made by our church chefs in the church's regulation kitchen. We thank God for these chefs and for their love for old fashioned, hearty cooking!

Meet our Free Soup and Bread Team in the vestibule at the church's parking lot side doors. Food is available until we run out. Please spread the word!

Shawn Feener!! What an incredibly successful event. I am so proud of my Executive Director, Tami Whitmore and our Marketing guru Tonya Gorman for making this such a HUGE success. To our volunteers, sponsors, brewers/spirits vendors, food trucks, and community, I thank you from the bottom of my heart. As President of Gardiner Main Street, this event really defines community and I am so blessed to be a part of this great little city.
