Garfield Heights Municipal Court The Court serves the communities of Brecksville, Cuyahoga Hts., Garfield Hts., Independence, Maple Hts., Newburgh Hts., Valley View, and Walton Hills.

JUDGE DEBORAH J. NICASTRO
Judge Nicastro was elected in 1993 and took office as a Garfield Heights Municipal Court Judge on January 2, 1994. She was re-elected to her second term commencing January 2, 2000. JUDGE JENNIFER P. WEILER
Judge Jennifer P. Weiler was elected to the Garfield Heights Municipal Court in November, 1999 for the term beginning January 1, 2000, and re-elected November, 2005 for the term beginning January 1, 2006. Our Probation Officers:
