Provides emergency financial & food assistance to low-income households in the greater Gastonia commu For additional information, call 704-867-8901.

Established in 1976 by the faith community in the Gastonia area, CAM provides emergency assistance with food, necessary utilities, and rent/mortgage. To receive assistance, applicants must apply in person at the office, Monday-Thursday, between the hours of 9:00am and 2:00pm. Information required to apply includes picture identification, social security cards for everyone in the home, proof of address, verification of income, and expense information/receipts.

Attention Baxter’s families! We are lucky enough to be able to partner with the Crisis Assistance Ministry here in Gaston County! Starting today, we are going to be collecting dog and cat food and treats for the CAM team to help the animals in our community!
This food drive will run until Sept 15th! No donation is too small! Please help if you can! You can drop off here at Baxter’s or at the Crisis Assistance Ministry…addresses listed below! Please also share this post for us and let’s help take care of the dogs and cats in our community 🦮
