Senior TLC, a PACE Program, provides full-service, personalized healthcare for adults 55 and older who are in need of a little extra support and care. Senior TLC provides transportation, day center services, in-home care, therapy services, medication, and so much more.

She consistently goes above and beyond, whether it’s helping participants and families navigate housing needs, providing support during family meetings, assisting with appointments and assessments, or stepping in wherever an extra hand is needed. LifeStation Spotlight 🌟

Hope Ruiz, one of our Home Care Coordinator's at Senior TLC - Gastonia, was recently featured in LifeStation’s Partner Spotlight for the care, teamwork, and dedication she brings to Senior TLC participants.

When a participant needed a way to call for help, Hope stepped in, worked with LifeStation to quickly get a mobile device activated, and made sure it was delivered directly to the participant.

Hope’s own words say it best: “This is not a one-person job.” 💙

We couldn’t agree more. Thank you, Hope, for showing what it means to work together and go the extra mile for those we serve. We’re so proud to have you on the Senior TLC team!

25 years ago today, our country was changed forever.

Many lives were lost and now we know that the casualties were not secluded to that day. Many more first responders have lost their lives to 9/11-related illnesses since.

May we take the time to remember and honor the heroes who gave their lives and the heroes who emerged on that day.

Our hearts go out to all of the families that have been forever changed by this tragedy.
