🚒🔥 PCVFD Catering Crew at it Again! 🔥🚒
This weekend, the PCVFD crew fired up the smokers and fed roughly 120 hungry folks, complete with delivery! On the catered menu was smoked pork tenderloin, exploded potatoes, green beans, and rolls—and we heard there were empty pans afterwards! 😎🍽️
Whether it’s a company lunch, family reunion, training event, or any gathering where people like good food (which is pretty much all of them), we’d be happy to help.
Best of all, our catering is a fundraiser, so every meal served helps support your local fire department and goes right back into serving our community. 🚒❤️
Need to feed a crowd? Give PCVFD a call! We’ll handle the cooking, delivery, and cleanup of the leftovers… because there usually aren’t any. 😆

This Memorial Day, we pause to remember what this day is truly about.
It’s not about cookouts, sales, or an extra day off. It’s about the brave men and women who gave everything for our freedom.
Across the Smoky Mountains and throughout this nation, we honor the fallen heroes who never made it home… those who answered the call of duty with courage, sacrifice, and love for this country.
As we gather with family today, may we never forget the price that was paid for the freedoms we enjoy.
“Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.” — John 15:13
From all of us at Pittman Center Volunteer Fire Department, we remember. We honor. We are forever grateful. 🇺🇸
