Well, that was one way to wrap up early!

For the Donald T. Holland Team Challenge the results are:
1st place - WF Cross Country Racers - 83.1!! (Carrie Wehle, Peytyn Geer, Diane Yacoby, Aimee Colbath)
2nd place - Three Bays & a grey (v2) - 87.1 (Tony Lambert, Julianne Pangal, Megan Bond, Courtney LaBarbera)
3rd place - Wehle Farms Friends - 95.2 (Aliyah Luccitti, Gillian Perkins, Julianne Overholt, Hannah Blaszyk)

In the Donald T Holland Memorial Team Challenge we have quite a close race after dressage.
1st - Three bays & a grey (V2) (83.2)
2nd - Ohio Ladies (83.5)
3rd - WF Cross Country Racers (83.8)

Thank you to those who have entered! Our footing is drying nicely - jumps are beginning to go out.

We still have a LOT of room for entries in all divisions - and will be open until Tuesday July 1 with a $50 late fee.

Tomorrow is closing day for the event!

Unfortunately we have to POSTPONE our scheduled Memorial Day schooling.

With the ground already wet and more rain predicted, we need to protect the land for the event.

More details will be posted when we know them about the make up day.

Winners of the Bruce Donnan Hunting Grant - Courtney LaBarbera and Patricia Amanda Weir!!

Volunteer of the year - Amy Riedel Hewson - Amy is an INTEGRAL part of both our horse trials and our races. Amy has been our cross country controller for 12 years. She makes sure that eveyone is safe and accounted for while they're out having fun!

Stirlin Harris Sportsmanship award - Laura Schumacher - Laura brought 12 students to the horse trials, volunteered herself and them, and competed in the Open Novice - all with a smile and encouraging word for everyone else!

Thank you so much to all of our fabulous competitors, landowners, volunteers, spectators, supporters, patrons, and officials for making another great year of competition in the Genesee Valley.

Team placings are as follows:
1st place - Saddle Up Sisters (Courtney LaBarbera, Chloe Celani, Karen Berger, and Kellie Hunt)
2nd Place - Mothersfield (Carol Kozlowski, Karen Kelley, and Alex Carbonaro)
3rd Place - Pangal Team (Julianne Pangal, Emma Witherwax, and Audrey Clarke).

Great news! Chris Green from The Cozy Kitchen will have his food truck at the trials on Saturday AND Sunday.

Chris has delicous breakfast and lunch options, and will be able to take cash or credit card.

The truck will be open both days from 10-2 - please help us keep him coming back by supporting the food truck!
