This past Sunday over 125 PJ Library kids, parents, and grandparents came together for March Madness: Mezuzah & Matzah Cover Edition in partnership with Baron Hirsch Congregation. “Our grandchildren had a great time doing the activities, playing with friends, and eating ice cream. It was a pleasure watching them enjoy the fun March Madness afternoon.” said Myrna Salomon and Sonny Salomon, grandparents of Nora and Graham Weiskopf.
Thank you to PJ Parent Leaders Jill Frankel, Rashki Kaplan, and Farryl Silver and to Eitan & Dina Selter, and Baron Hirsch Congregation for all their help with the program.

PJ Library families, like Maureen Baum and her two daughters, came together to make a difference and enjoy something sweet, by making 50 birthday bags for Wendy & Avron B. Fogelman Jewish Family Service clients and donating to the kosher food pantry. Families left the event with hot cocoa treats to enjoy at home. Special thanks to PJ Parent Leaders Emily Davis and Andrea Cohen!

130 kids enjoyed making Challah with Memphis Jewish Federation’s PJ Library this week, some in-person in The Judy and Larry Moss Family Pavilion at the MJCC, and others at home with “everything you need to make Challah” kits that were picked up the day of the event. The chef hats were a big hit. Thank you to PJ Parent Leaders Jill Frankel, Rashki Kaplan, and Farryl Silver for all their help with this fun and meaningful program.
We still have challah kits left. Be sure to stop by in the next 30 min!

The weather was beautiful, the books were bountiful, and the sense of community and familiar (masked) faces brought some much needed sunshine to people's day this past Sunday at the PJ Library Book Drop & Swap. 1,000 children's books later, and lots of families with new books to read at home, the PJ Library Book Drop & Swap was a success! Thank you to everyone who donated books, stopped by, helped sort the books, made the Passover Fun Bags, and more.

Plough Towers is asking for bottled water donations. Any amount helps!
Early this morning, we received this request from Plough Towers:
We are having an immediate need for drinking water for our residents. People could drop off either bottled water or unopened gallons of drinking water at the front door, if possible.
