What a wonderfully successful Garden and Movie Family Engagement Night! Even though it had to be rescheduled because of the weather, we still had quite a crowd of families show up. There were several stations to rotate through, including a scavenger hunt and pollination investigation. Our families then enjoyed the showing Bee Movie to end the evening. Thank you Mrs. Peterman and Mrs. Daniels for heading up this fabulous project and getting our garden back up and running! And a thanks to our IT guy, John, who helped us get it all running on the backend.
We also need to shout out Nolt's Mulch Products for their generous mulch donation to the garden. And Good Cuts Landscaping for donating their time and travel to transport and deliver all of the mulch for us. And thank you Sunset Slush of Gettysburg for visiting so our families could have a treat and donating a portion of sales to our PTO! What a wonderful community we have!
