🍎💙 Happy Nutrition Services Staff Recognition Week! 💙🍎

Today, we’re giving a BIG shout-out to two of the very best lunch ladies around — Kim and Susan! 🥰

These amazing ladies do so much more than serve lunch. They make sure our Roadrunners are well-fed, fueled up, and ready to take on each day! From their hard work behind the scenes to the care they put into feeding our students, Kim and Susan help make Goodman Middle School a better place every single day. 🥗🍕🍎

We are so grateful for the smiles, dedication, and hard work they bring to our school. They help keep our Roadrunner Nation running strong, one meal at a time! 🏃‍♀️💨

Please join us in celebrating Kim and Susan and thanking them for all they do! We appreciate you more than you know! 💙

❤️ Celebrating Our Leaders During National Principals Month! ❤️

We couldn’t let National Principals Month pass without recognizing two incredible women who make Goodman Middle School what it is.

Stephanie Strader, Principal, and Jayme Lenker, Assistant Principal — you are so much more than your titles. You are leaders who show up every day with grace, compassion, grit, and a whole lot of humor.

Your commitment to our students and staff is unmatched. You lead with purpose and intentionality, and you work tirelessly to build and foster a culture at GMS where people feel valued, supported, connected, and proud to be part of Roadrunner Nation. 🐦❤️

You believe in our students. You believe in our staff. You celebrate the wins, encourage us through the hard days, have the difficult conversations when they are needed, and somehow manage to keep us laughing along the way. And behind the scenes, you put in countless hours doing the things that many people never see — all because you care deeply about this school and the people in it.

Stephanie and Jayme, THANK YOU.
Thank you for your leadership.
Thank you for your encouragement.
Thank you for showing up.
Thank you for believing in us.
Thank you for the countless hours and all the big and little things you do each and every day.

We are incredibly blessed to have you both leading Goodman Middle School. Our school is better because of you, and we are grateful to call you ours. ❤️

Happy National Principals Month, Stephanie & Jayme!
We appreciate you more than you know! 🐦❤️

🧹❤️ Custodial Recognition Week ❤️🧹

This week, we’re giving a HUGE THANK YOU to the people who keep Goodman Middle School clean, safe, and running smoothly!

Kelly Bittner, Scott Bartlett & Darius Drakeford — we appreciate you more than you know! 🙌

You clean it. 🧹
You fix it. 🔧
You keep things running. 🛠️
You make the messes disappear. ✨
And somehow, you do it all without making the rest of us look too guilty for the messes we create! 😂

From the floors we walk on to the things that mysteriously break, spill, leak, or need fixing, we know we could NOT do this without you!

Thank you for all the behind-the-scenes work you do every single day to create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our students and staff. You are an incredibly important part of the Goodman family, and we are so grateful for you!

Yesterday was all about CONNECTIONS! ❤️💙

Our Goodman ASB/Leadership students, teachers, and staff were so excited to welcome our newest Roadrunners—the incoming 6th grade class!

Our new 6th graders had the chance to:
🔹 Connect with new classmates and friends
🔹 Ask questions and get to know Goodman
🔹 Learn how to open combination locks
🔹 Locate their classes and practice navigating the school
🔹 Set up and get comfortable with their lockers

We can't wait to see all of our new Roadrunners again on the first day of school—September 2nd!
