Gilbert Regional Park will be closed this weekend from 12 PM on Friday, October 23, until 5:30 AM on Sunday, October 25, for the return of The Smoke Show! 🔥🎶

Only ticketed guests will be allowed to enter starting at 12 PM on Saturday. 🎟

THIS FRIDAY, we're going fishing. 🎣

Join us for a teen-only fishing clinic at the Riparian Preserve this Friday at 5:00 PM.

Licenses are required for all participants, and we are sponsoring the next 20 who sign up! glbrt.is/GUGFishing

These Arizona Game & Fish Department licenses are valid for the whole year.

We will have plenty of gear, and no experience is necessary. Just show up at 5 and be ready to fish! ☀️

REMINDER: Growin’ Up Gilbert: IRL Pool Party ✨tomorrow✨

Join us for a fall pool party at Greenfield Pool on Saturday, October 17, from 4:30 - 5:30 PM. 😎

We'll have snacks, drinks, games, pumpkin decorating, and, of course, the pool will be open just for teens. 🏊

Softball Tournaments | Nov 14/15 🥎
The 37th annual tournament will be played at Cactus Yards and Freestone. It will feature a Women's League, Men's League, Men's Upper League, and Co-Ed.

Parade | Nov 21 🎉
The parade starts at 8:30 AM on Gilbert Rd. through the Heritage District. Road closures will be in effect beginning at 5:00 AM. 🚧

Gilbert Days Festival | Nov 21 🎸

We’ve gotten a lot of rain out there, and there are plenty of soggy spots in our parks! ☔

If an area is muddy or flooded, please avoid it and follow any posted signage. 🚧

Ruts and footprints in wet ground stick around long after the sun comes back, so a little patience goes a long way for the trails. 🫶

Remember, if there's mud on heels or wheels, find another deal. 🫡

Where should Gilbert’s next stretch of trail go? 🚲🤔

We’re studying the possibility of a new multi-use path along Loop 202 between Val Vista Drive and Cosmo Park/Ray Rd, and we want to hear from the people who would use it!

The path would extend the existing network with safe, comfortable, accessible connections for anyone who walks, bikes, runs, and more. 🏃 🚲

Heads up, Gilbert! 📣

Gilbert Regional Park will be closed this Friday for the Sound Bites Music & Food Festival. 🎸

Only ticketed persons will be admitted into the park on Friday.

Additionally, the Lawn and Amphitheater will be closed to the public Thursday-Sunday so crews can safely accommodate setup and teardown. 🚧

Parking opens at 4:00 PM, Happy Hour is 4:30 - 6:00 PM, and our first performer goes live at 5:00! 🎉

Friday's entertainment schedule:
Wyves: 5:00 PM - 6:30 PM
Spin Doctors: 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Blues Traveler: 8:30 PM - 10:00 PM

Parking is $20, and rideshare drop-off and pick-up will be at Lowe's.

Due to road construction in the area, please allow for extra time to get in and out of the park and avoid the area unless you are attending the festival! 🚗
