Volunteers Wanted! The festival in San Jose was a hit. The Hunter family took part in displaying the wonderful history of the hot springs at a booth. As always, many passers by didn’t realize the hot springs existed. Also, we were visited by the son of the carpenter that built the Enomoto cabin. What a treat it was...

Monday April 18th Guided Tour

We have just received approval for this tour on Monday April 18th at 10:30 am at the Gilroy Hot Springs! We apologize for the last minute notice but we couldn't advertise it until now.

We can only accommodate the first 20 spots for this tour but will announce additional tour dates in our next newsletter. Please only register for one date.

Sunday May 22nd Guided Tour - Save the Date
We have not received approval for Sunday May 22nd at 10:30 am at the Gilroy Hot Springs! We will notify everyone on the newsletter list when we can open the registration.

Volunteers work to reopen Gilroy Yamato Hot Springs | Gilroy Dispatch | Gilroy, San Martin, CA After more than a half a century of being closed, a group of volunteers is working to restore and reopen the Gilroy Yamato Hot Springs.

Thanks again to the McDonald/Lundblade families for allowing us to share their photos!
Over 100 years ago, folks from SF to Monterey Bay and everywhere in between would visit the Gilroy Hot Springs to relax in its refreshing mineral waters. While being in a full dress in August probably wasn't much fun (see 1st image left), the swimmers seem to be having the best time!
Looking forward to getting the springs back in business again ♨️😎♨️

Recently you might have seen how one of our group members Mary Ann Puente shared the most amazing family photos taken at the old hot springs bridge! In case you missed it, with her permission we are reposting these across our platforms for everyone’s enjoyment. They primarily feature members of her grandmother’s family, the Willsons, who seem to have owned much of the land surrounding the springs and naturally became regulars.
