Got a call from to plasma cut out some templates to finish up his bagged c3500, after looking at it we decided to just design a fresh unit, couple hours later and we have a brand new CAD designed crossmember to hold the bags. Thanks for trusting me with your build 🤙

It’s Bug month! Time to get the .baja done and across the finish line. This project has been with me for a long time and it’s time to finish what we started. Follow along as it comes together!

Bellhousing modification for . Adapted a newer style bell to an old trans, 1” deep bungs welded in for through bolts, press fit centering ring to keep everything lined up 👌

Car came in to clean up the tunnel area, and get the handbrake and center console fitted over the new S2K swap trans and shifter. We were able to make the area clean and sealed, and finished off with some handmade carbon trim around the shifter.

This isn’t the type of work I would usually do, but this customer brought in a jeep cage that had been messed up badly by another fabricator. The original cage was of good quality, but someone got in and made a mess of it. Torching and bending tubes, bad welding, bad Fitment. But the customer really liked the original roof design, and asked me to save it.

I cut away everything dangerous, redid the front half with new side hoops and custom designed A pillar brackets that grab both the jeep tub and the frame connector underneath. I rebuilt the center x brace, added triangulation in the rear, and made a whole new set of mounting plates.

Didn’t take a ton of photos, as this was me cleaning up someone else’s work, but ultimately the truck looks much better and the cage is safe and up to s***f 👍

I was asked to come up with a radiator shroud for this classic MGA. If you have ever worked in one of these you know it’s VERY tight inside the engine bay. I came up with a two piece design that clamshells around the fan so that it can be installed. I’m still newer to sheet metal work but I’m happy with how this came out. Now off to for a chassis black finish 👌

Also on the Corolla was this radiator mod. We needed the water neck raised 7 inches to put the water neck in the appropriate spot in the engine bay, so a few quick pieces and we had a stylish neck extension! Also machined some aluminum dowels and welded them to tabs to make this aftermarket radiator drop right in to the factory Toyota bushings.
