Today, as PGFD and members of the community honor the memory of those we lost on September 11, 2001 PGFD would like to share a short story of the events that unfolded that day through the eyes of one of our members William Harris, long time member and past president of the department. May we never forget.

⚠️ Weather Advisory ⚠️

The Somerset County Office of Emergency Management is asking residents to help reduce unnecessary 911 call volume during today’s storms.

Please only call 911 if there is a life-threatening emergency.

Power outages and downed trees that do not pose an immediate threat to life should not be reported through 911.

Thank you for your cooperation as first responders work to prioritize emergencies and keep our community safe. Stay weather aware and use caution if you must travel.
