A great reminder for everyone to slow down this summer!
Slow Down: Help Keep Our Streets Safe
With summer here and more children out walking, biking, and playing, the Village of Glen Ellyn reminds all drivers to slow down and stay alert. Pedestrian safety is a top priority, and speeding through neighborhoods puts lives at risk.
Whether you're heading to the pool, park, or just around the block, please drive carefully, watch for pedestrians in crosswalks, and obey posted speed limits.
Together, we can make Glen Ellyn safer for everyone.

Thank you GE Police Officers.
Today is National Law Enforcement Appreciation Day.
We want to take the time to recognize all the men and women who protect their communities daily, no matter the circumstances they may face. Our officers are proud to serve the Village of Glen Ellyn and are forever thankful for our community’s continued support.
