A heartfelt thank you to Right Worshipful Brother Eric Dupree Sr. for your presence and participation in our Exemplified Scottish Rite Entered Apprentice Degree!

It was an unforgettable event of fellowship, tradition, and light at the Valley of Phoenix Scottish Rite. We extend our deepest gratitude to our culinary committee for preparing such a fantastic meal, and to the extraordinary Degree Team from Germania Lodge No. 46 (Grand Lodge of Louisiana) for making the journey to share their exceptional ritual work with us.

Events like this remind us of the strength and beauty of our worldwide brotherhood. Thank you to all the Brethren and guests who joined us to make this evening such an outstanding success!

Yesterday, the Valley of Phoenix Scottish Rite had a very productive day at the St. Mary's Food Bank Volunteer Day.

We were part of a great effort of volunteers that packaged 2520 Emergency Food Boxes, and 1085 Fresh Bags. That's 3605 neighbors served. It is certainly hard work but it is also very fulfilling work. Especially when you know you are lending a helping hand and living the Masonic Virtues of Faith, Hope and Charity for our community.

Special thanks and gratitude to our brethren and friends that came out to assist: IB Ron Brooker, IB Walt Smith, IB Ken Hopson, Bro. David Harrower and special guest, David Birch.

Thank you to All of the Brothers, Ladies and Friends who support our efforts for this and all of Scottish Rite and Masonic charity and assistance in our Valley, Orient and the State of Arizona.

Last night at our October Stated meeting, the Valley of Phoenix had the distinct pleasure of honoring the Brooker family for their outstanding contributions to both Freemasonry in Arizona and the Scottish Rite. In honor of their dedication to service, the dining hall for the Valley of Phoenix is now named “Brooker Hall”.

Thank you for brethren, for your lifetimes of dedication and service to our beloved Craft here in Arizona.

Today, the Valley of Phoenix Scottish Rite held its ninth volunteer day this year in partnership with, "Hope for Hunger Food Bank." Hope For Hunger is our third West Valley Food Bank, which has been added to our community outreach charity support group. Any brethren can volunteer to be part of our team, which is now scheduled on the second Wednesday of the month.

Special thanks and gratitude to the brethren that made up the "Team of Two": Illustrious Brother Ron Brooker and Bro. David Harrower. It is certainly hard work but it is also very fulfilling work. Especially when you know that you are lending a helping hand to feeding over 270 + families a day and living the Masonic Virtues of Faith, Hope and Charity for our community.

Thank you to All of the Brothers, Ladies, and Friends who lend support to our efforts for this and All of the Scottish Rite and Masonic charity and assistance in our Valley, Orient and in the State of Arizona.

Just a friendly reminder for the brethren to pass on this message to each of their respective "Blue Lodges", so we can extend this welcome to everyone that would like to participate and be part of this great crusade.

Thank you and have a wonderful rest of the week.
