Some members have power restored on the Tok Highway. The Line Crew found a tree and is working towards restoring power to all members.

Some members have power restored north of Glennallen. The Line Crew continues to investigate and work towards restoring power to all members. The cause appears to be snow slap on the power lines.

Members on the Tok Highway between Milepost 2 to Milepost 12 continue to experience an outage.

Power has been restored from Milepost 90 on the Richardson Highway to DOT.
Milepost 90.5 to Milepost 100 on the Richardson Highway remains out of power while the Line Crew make repairs.
Members on the Tok Highway between Milepost 2 to Milepost 12 continue to experience an outage.

Power has been restored from downtown Glennallen to Milepost 100.5 on the Richardson Highway. If you continue to experience an outage in this area, please call Customer Service at 907-822-3211.
Members south of Milepost 100.5 on the Richardson Highway as well as some members on the Tok Highway between Milepost 2 to Milepost 12 continue to experience an outage.

All members south of Glennallen to the DOT on the Richardson Highway is currently experiencing a power outage in addition to the members on the Tok Highway between Milepost 2 to Milepost 12. The Line Crew is currently on site making repairs.
With severe weather impacting our service area, conditions are changing rapidly and our team is working to restore power as safely and quickly as possible. We will continue to share updates as information becomes available.
