Today, leaders from throughout the county gathered in solidarity with the Hindu community following the harrowing thwarted mass shooting attempt in Aurora. Thank you to Congressman Raja Krishnamoorthi for gathering everyone during this time of grief to state, unequivocally, that hate has no home in places of worship or anywhere in our communities.

This horrific act of hate comes right before United Against Hate Week, a nationwide observance created by civic leaders in direct response to the sharp rise in expressions of hate in our communities. Take action: www.CookCountyUnitedAgainstHate.com
