The busy summer season is upon us! Wallace Falls has a parking camera so you can see if the lot is full before you go. There is no overflow parking so try to time your hike on a week day, the park is beautiful in the rain as well! If you do choose to park way down the road, please respect our neighbors. Pack it in, pack it out, keep your dog leashed and off of private property and treat them and their pets with kindness. Thank you! Have a great hiking season!

If you have not made the hike to Wallace lake before, try the route via the Greg Ball trail.

A new sign commemorating longtime WTA leader Greg Ball has been installed at Wallace Falls State Park.

Greg Ball served as WTA’s executive director and helped develop our seedling volunteer trail maintenance program in the 90s. Now posted at the entrance of the trail named in his memory, the sign highlights Greg's incredible contributions to trails.

Special thanks to Washington State Parks’ Shawn Tobin, who requested and worked on the new sign’s installation. WTA is proud to have worked with Washington State Parks & Recreation Commission in developing the trail.
