On Monday, September 14, at 8:56 p.m., Gold Bar units responded to a reported domestic violence situation in the 300 block of 5th Street. Upon arrival, deputies developed probable cause for the suspect, who had fled the area on foot. Additional resources, including a police K-9 and drone, were called in to assist with the search; however, the suspect was not located.
The following morning, deputies located the suspect in the Snohomish area and took him into custody without further incident.
