Hello from the schoolhouse!
I’m Anna, and this old brick building just north of Gonvick has been home to Mrs. Olson’s Lefse since 1959.
When my husband Tanner and I first walked through these doors, we knew there was something here worth protecting. More on that later!
For more than 60 years, lefse has been made right here and shared at family tables across the country. My goal is to share the story behind it with you: where it all started, the hands that make every batch, and new ways to enjoy lefse all year long.
There’s so much goodness to share. I’m so glad you’re here, and I invite you to pull up a chair!
