The Gooding Senior Center was first opened in 1972 and operated in the old TB Hospital. Still going strong serving the Seniors in our community.
In 1978 the current building at 308 Senior Ave was constructed with the help of Gooding County.

I want to say Thank you to the Gooding 4th graders for the great Murals they painted on our building (Marne Curtis ). Keller Williams (Tonya and John Burg)for helping get the weeds out of our flower bed, and adding some beautiful color. Also Mike and Karen Perry for taking the time to take care of our flowers and making us a new Handicap sign. We definitely have some great humans in our community ❤️

Great menu for June. Come on in!!. DONT FORGET, If you or someone you know is unable to drive and is scruggling to cook for themselves. Have them give the Center a call 208-934-5504 or the center of aging 208-736-2122. We would love to make sure they get helped out with any of their needs..

If you are interested in becoming a member and you are 60 or older,or a person with a disability living with someone over the age of 60. Come in and fill out a form. It’s as easy as that.

Soup and Salad Bar every Thursday. $7.25 for Members and $8.00 for non- members - out the door orders Everyone is welcome. Lunch is served 12:00-12:30. Then stay and play Pinochle,Nickels or Pool. We love making new friends ❤️

We want to send out a huge Thank You to everyone that came in and had breakfast with us on Saturday. It was great to be back! Also a big Thank you to Our Firemen Gary Beerly, Chad Hoeft, and Ross Koyle for coming in and helping out, as well as Jen Short, Terry Losh, Julie Arnold, Kerry Sibley, Sally Toone and Gloria Ridley. With out our volunteers we would not have such a successful event.
