We’re thrilled to share that Howe Hall Arts Infused Magnet School has been awarded a $12,600 Distinguished Arts Program Grant from the South Carolina Department of Education!

This Elevating the Arts grant will fund multiple Artists in Residence for our students and professional development for our educators as we continue to become “One in a Chameleon”! This grant will support and focus on all arts areas: Art, Dance, Music, and Theatre.

Thank you to the South Carolina Department of Education for supporting our arts-infused education model at HHA!

Our Chameleons rocked SC Ready last school year! On Friday, the school celebrated a major achievement: 75% of the school reached meets/exceeds on SC Ready! Students enjoyed extra recess and some dance parties, and the teachers were received drinks/snacks from a treat cart. Great job, Howe Hall AIMS!

🌈🦎 Kindergarten Crazy Color Creatures Celebration! 🦎🌈

Our kindergarten chameleons wrapped up their color unit with a day full of color, creativity, and fun! 🎨✨

Students rotated through six activities, including painting colorful chameleon t-shirts, sorting and counting Skittles, making a Murple Purple Slurple, and more! 💜🌈 They even ended the day with a performance of the Crazy Color Creature song that they have been learning throughout the unit! 🎶

A HUGE thank-you to the wonderful parent volunteers! ❤️ This special day would not have been possible without you!

What a colorful way to celebrate all that kindergarten has learned! 🌈🦎💙💛💚
