Our OCNY fall road trip series is back with a FOODIE EDITION, and this time, we’re planning the route around what’s for lunch.

We’re stopping for burgers, sharing tapas and finding room for pizza along the way. One stop even takes us inside a former bank. Bring someone who’s willing to split an order so you can try more. You know the friend. 😉

𝕋𝕖𝕣𝕣𝕠𝕣𝔻𝕠𝕞𝕖 ℍ𝕒𝕦𝕟𝕥𝕖𝕕 𝕊𝕔𝕣𝕖𝕒𝕞 ℙ𝕒𝕣𝕜 in Newburgh is bringing the scares this Halloween season with terrifying attractions, creepy characters, and plenty of unexpected surprises. 👻

And here’s the fun part: Your ticket includes unlimited re-entry to the attractions, so you can go back for another round... if you’re brave enough! 🎃

Head to Super Nacho in Goshen on Sunday, October 25, for Movie Thyme’s screening of Beetlejuice!

This isn’t your typical dinner-and-a-movie. Guests can enjoy an immersive dining experience featuring Beetlejuice-inspired food, themed cocktails, and a few surprises along the way. Costumes are encouraged, too! 👻🍹

🎬 Two seatings are available: 1–3 PM and 6–8 PM.

We’re seeing some of the season’s most vibrant colors so far, with brilliant shades of orange, yellow, and red taking over the landscape!

While some green is still hanging on, many areas are nearing peak foliage, making this a great time to get outside and enjoy those fall views before they’re gone. 👀

🚨The Spartan Race is taking over Orange County, NY, Halloween weekend, October 31 and November 1, at Sunflower Valley Farm in New Hampton!

Get ready for mud, creek crossings and obstacles that'll put your strength (and friendships 😂) to the test.

💪 Here's what's happening:
🏃 Sprint: 5K with 20 obstacles
🔥 Super: 10K with 25 obstacles
🏅 Kids Races: 1 to 3K with obstacles

On October 31 and November 1, the Tri-State New York Spartan Race returns to Sunflower Valley Farm in New Hampton, and you still have time to join the action!

Whether you're tackling the Sprint, taking on the Super, or bringing the little ones for the Kids Race, get ready for muddy trails, creek runs, and plenty of obstacles along the way.

The Newburgh Fringe Festival is returning October 16–18, bringing three days of live performances and creative entertainment to the City of Newburgh!

Presented by Safe Harbors with Hit House & Fringe Founding Members, the festival features everything from original theater and comedy to music, dance, puppetry, and experimental performances. There’s a little bit of everything, including some things you probably haven’t seen before! 👀

If you’re heading to the Newburgh Fringe Festival, make time to grab a bite at Hudson Taco! 🌮

Located along the Newburgh waterfront in the historic West Shore Train Station, Hudson Taco serves up creative tacos, margaritas, and plenty of other Mexican-inspired favorites.

Plus, with Hudson River views, it’s a great spot to grab lunch before the festivities or unwind after a show! 🍹

Yep, you heard right: The Addams Family Musical is taking the stage at the Sugar Loaf Performing Arts Center THIS WEEKEND.

Join Gomez, Morticia, Wednesday, and the rest of the Addams clan for a hilarious, delightfully twisted musical filled with catchy songs, family drama, and plenty of laughs.
