MS Winter Sports Pictures/Make-up Day - pictures for basketball, wrestling and for those who missed the first picture day, is Tuesday, Nov. 24

Halloween - come in your Halloween costume ON FRIDAY, 10/30. Costumes will be voted on by the staff and prizes will be awarded!

Costumes must be school appropriate, we do not allow masks, dangerous accessories, or weapons.

Yearbook cover - Think you have what it takes to create the next AMAZING yearbook cover?
Put those artistic skills to work! If you’re interested in designing this year’s cover, make sure your masterpiece is completed by November 16th. Turn in your finished copy to Mrs. Mummert.
Must be on plain white paper (copy paper)

DISTRICT VOLLEYBALL – The Volleyball team plays tonight at West Platte at 6:30 pm against West Platte.

Parent/Teacher Conferences - THIS Thursday, Oct. 22 from 1-8pm Open House Style
- Please get grade cards from Mrs. Heidi and Mrs. Adams then go speak to any teachers. Teachers will be in their classrooms. This is open house style, please meet with any teacher at your convenience.

EARLY DISMISSAL — District will dismiss school early at 12:00pm. MS will dismiss at 11:50am to enable the busses be ready to for the rest of the district to dismiss at 12:00pm.

Youth Basketball - Please return your sign-up forms into the office or bring to parent/teacher conferences.
- Due date is this Thursday, 10/22 to hand into school. Due date, 10/23 if you take to Rocky Rhoads.
- There are extra forms in the office.

Four placed top 10 in KCI: Astrid Stormer 5th Place, Emma O'Brien 6th Place, Lane Roach 9th Place, & Matthew O'Donnell 10th Place
Congratulations to Emma O’Brien on medaling with her 10th place finish at Cameron invitational and Astrid Stormer medaling with her 15th place in West Platte Invitational.
Shout out to the following athletes who set a new PR: Astrid Stormer, Gwen Evans, Alayna Norris, Danni Riggs, Olivia Newell, Elizabeth Houghton, Lane Roach, Matthew O'Donnell, Ethan Newell, Harvey Schwarz, Austin Inman, Kayden Harrison, and Maverick Oswald

Coach Hensley: I am very proud of the hard work and dedication of all the athletes this season, it has been an awesome EBMS XC season! Please wash and return uniforms to me ASAP to me in the Library.

MS Basketball - Those playing a fall sport, practice started yesterday, Monday, Oct. 19.
- Girls will practice before school starting at 6:00am.

Youth Basketball sign-ups for Grades 3rd-6th

Youth Basketball sign-up forms should be coming home from school today, October 19.

Please try to fill them out and return them at parent-teacher conferences.

Basketball signups should be returned no later than October 23.

The elementary and middle school receptionist have graciously agreed to collect them for us. You can send them back to school with your kids, bring them to parent-teacher conferences, or drop them by Rocky Rhoad’s Ice Cream.
