Mission Granbury Mission Granbury is the community hub for help, centralizing resources under one roof.

Established in 1998, MISSION GRANBURY is Hood County's largest non-profit organization with a unique service model that includes multiple interrelated human service programs under one umbrella. Through strong collaboration with other local organizations and a wide range of resources, Mission Granbury is the community hub for help, centralizing resources under one roof to help those in need or in crisis. Above all, we strive to treat each person and family with dignity and respect, assessing every individual situation and providing immediate and long term assistance to move them to self-sufficiency.

🥣 It’s back for the SECOND ANNUAL Bowls of Hope! 🧡

Join us on October 17 at the Granbury Square Plaza as we come together to fill a bowl and feed a neighbor. Great food, beautiful bowls, and an even better cause—all supporting Mission Granbury’s Food Pantry.

Last year brought our community together. This year, we’re ready to fill even more bowls with HOPE! ❤️

💜 Building a Safer, Stronger Community Together! 💜

Mission Granbury was proud to be part of National Night Out! What a wonderful opportunity to come together with our neighbors, local law enforcement, first responders, and community organizations to celebrate the partnerships that help keep our community safe!

October is also Domestic Violence Awareness Month, making this event especially meaningful to us. Through our Ada Carey Women's Shelter and victim services programs, Mission Granbury works every day to provide safety, support, and hope to individuals and families affected by domestic violence.

Events like National Night Out remind us that strong communities are built on connection, awareness, and looking out for one another. 💜

💜 October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month 💜

We are so proud to be part of a community that recognizes the importance of standing together against domestic violence.

A heartfelt thank you to Mayor Jarrett and the City of Granbury for presenting a proclamation recognizing October as Domestic Violence Awareness Month. Pictured accepting the proclamation is Jean Cate and Mission Granbury’s Deputy Director Justin Rossner.

At Mission Granbury, our Women's Shelter provides more than just a safe place to stay. It offers hope, support, resources, and a pathway toward healing and independence for individuals and families escaping domestic violence.

Thank you, Granbury, for standing with survivors and the work we do every day.

What a turnout! 💜 Thank you to everyone who attended Shop Your Bestie’s Closet and helped make it a huge success! All proceeds from the event benefit the Ada Carey Shelter, a program of Mission Granbury.

A special thank-you to Taylor Hatfield and The FIT Lounge for hosting and arranging such a fun event. We’re so grateful for your generosity and for everyone who came out to shop for a cause!

Everyone deserves safety, dignity, and hope. Through the Ada Carey Shelter, a program of Mission Granbury, we stand with survivors and help them move toward a safer future.
