💜💛 WHAT. A. WEEK. GMS! 💛💜

Homecoming Week at Granbury Middle School was one for the books! From start to finish, our Pirates showed up, showed out, and represented GMS with so much pride! 🏴‍☠️

🎉 THE HOMECOMING PARADE 🎉
Our girls’ athletics, boys’ athletics, cheer, and Spanish Club did an AMAZING job representing GMS in the parade! The school spirit, energy, and creativity were on full display, and we couldn’t be prouder of our students and staff!

🏈 AND THEN… FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS! 🏈

What better way to cap off an incredible week than under the lights?! Our Pirates brought the energy, the pride, and the school spirit all week long—and Friday night was the perfect ending.

🏈🏴‍☠️ PIRATE PRIDE RUNS DEEP! 🏴‍☠️🏈

What a night for 8th grade football as the Granbury Middle School Pirates took on the Acton Middle School Pirates! 💜💛

Both teams showed up ready to compete, and our GMS athletes showed just how much hard work, dedication, and heart they’ve put into this season. From the first whistle to the final play, our players battled, encouraged one another, and represented GMS with pride.

A huge shoutout to our incredible GMS cheerleaders for bringing the energy and supporting our athletes all night long! 📣💜💛 And of course, we couldn’t do it without our coaches, who pour countless hours into helping these young men grow—not just as athletes, but as teammates and leaders.

Most importantly, we are SO proud of the sportsmanship displayed by our GMS athletes. Win or lose, our Pirates showed respect, class, and character. That’s what being a Pirate is all about! 🏴‍☠️

Two schools. Two teams. One Pirate tradition. 💜💛

Way to represent, GMS! We are proud of you!
