County Clerk office at 201 W. Bridge (Annex 2 land/deed/vitals) will be closed Friday, October 2, 2026. New roof recently completed and now need to replace all inside ceiling insulation. My apologies for the inconvenience. Normal 8a-5p thru Thursday and resuming Monday 10/5.

Matt Phillips, Deputy General Manager of the Brazos River Authority, will be a guest at the Development Commission regular meeting Thursday, August 20, 2026, 1200 West Pearl, Central Jury Room, 6-8pm. We hope Mr. Phillips can shed some light on the BRA’s position on water usage and requests from data centers, power plants, etc. If have a question but unable to attend, please email [email protected], subject line “BRA”.

Thoroughly enjoyed attending this event honoring grassroots conservatives. Grateful to have connected with Representative Brian Harrison to pledge my support to end birthright citizenship. We also had good conversations with Don Huffines and the positive changes he has made in just the first week as comptroller. So motivated to keep fighting the good fight. 💪

I have uploaded additional documents to the Dev. Comm. Comanche Circle folder. Many are same as what is in backup for Tuesday agenda. However, there is a traffic study and a water study and a letter on water usage . The “studies” are dated January 2026 but appear to have only been provided in a June 3 email, which was forwarded to me yesterday.

Greetings! I have uploaded documents received from Rain Lily / EENA provided to the county, which also includes the concept plan; it’s a large file, 175 pages. All are in the Rain Lily folder under Dev. Comm. webpage.

I have also uploaded the “cease & desist” letter from Amazon attorneys in the Spectrum folder, named “letter to county attorney”.
