Some things we had in our GH Lighthouse Museum and Gift Shop and some new things we may carry next summer. Everyone at the Grand Haven Lighthouse Conservancy want to thank everyone that came to see our wonderful Lighthouse Museum and Gift Shop this summer! It was received even better than we hoped! A total of 40,957 visitors came through door! We are so grateful to all our wonderful volunteers, of whom we could not have opened the door! And to our amazing Museum manager, Kyle Roffey, we are eternally grateful. She helped keep the door open with her steadfast determination to make it work! She opened, closed,managed the volunteers, swept and vacuumed, managed all the funds and kept everything moving everyday! We are definitely learning as we go, but she made sure we kept going! And we'll see you next year!

We will be at the Holiday Craft & Artisan Market on November 14 to sell all our remaining gift shop merchandise and some nice Christmas gifts! Come see us to get items you may missed out on this summer!

Remember when you're walking from 3rd St Bridge to the end of the Pier and back to Lynn Sherwood Stadium, to stop by the Lighthouse and say Hi! It's the last day the GH Lighthouse Museum and Gift Shop will be open, until next year! 😊❤☀️🌊🏮🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️

Grand Haven Labor Day Bridge Walk 2026 - Monday, September 7th at 9:00 am

Start your Labor Day with a community tradition—the Grand Haven Labor Day Bridge Walk.
We’ll gather at the 3rd Street Bridge at 9:00 am to begin the walk together, making our way across the bridge and along the waterfront. The route takes participants all the way out to the end of the Grand Haven Pier for a turnaround, then concludes at Waterfront Stadium in downtown Grand Haven.

Prize drawings will be held at the end of the walk, so plan to stay and enjoy the celebration.
This event is free and open to all ages. Bring your family, friends, and neighbors for a beautiful morning along the waterfront.

Due to off and on rain showers, we are closing the GH Lighthouse Museum and Gift Shop for the rest of the day today, Saturday. September 5. We are planning to be open tomorrow, Sunday, September 6 from 10am-5pm and Monday, September 7 from 9:30am-1:30pm. Always, weather permitting. These are your last days to visit the GH Lighthouse Museum and Gift Shop until next year! Thank you for coming!
