Founded in 1977 by Dr. Murlene McKinnon, the company has been owned since 2013 by the brother-sister duo of Andrew Bouck and Kristen Bouck Kemp. MACNLOW delivers in-house assessments, 360° analyses, and training based on those assessments; speakers for state and national association meetings and seminars; awards for supervision and dispatch; and one-on-one consultation and development for all levels of personnel in law enforcement and dispatch. We are committed to quality instruction at an affordable price. We believe in real world training that you will take back and use immediately in the workplace. It's not just entertainment! We respect you and recognize that our participants represent numerous years of experience. We will share our expertise, and we want you to share yours. We trainers are all practitioners who are actually practicing what we preach. We have been where you are, and, in most cases, still are! You will not sit in a training room with 50 other people because we deliver quality. Your questions and concerns will be addressed, and we will take time for you.
