A lifelong Grand Prairie resident and Grand Prairie High School graduate, Tarrance brings more than 30 years of public service rooted in safety, advocacy, and community leadership.

Her experience spans federal law enforcement leadership, crisis intervention and mental health response, and active service within local civic and family-focused organizations. She understands systems. She understands people. And she understands the responsibility of serving students and families.
