Orphans of the World was created in 1985 to help children in El Salvador during their civil war. Medical supplies were just the beginning. We've grown.

We have traveled around the world handing out food, clothes, shoes, wheelchairs, etc. Really, everything a person could need we have handed out by the ton. Food, clothes, and toiletries are just the basics, the beginning. We have worked in countries that have been devastated by war, internal strife, or just haven't caught up to the new age. Mexico, El Salvador, and Guatemala just to name a few. Ev

In April I plan to return to El Salvador to deliver shoes & eye glasses to the poor. Shoes will allow children to go to school instead of spending their lives working like slaves for the rich. Glasses will be delivered to the elderly living in remote areas so they can better read their bibles. Can any person reading this post host “go fund me” to help acquire $ for this trip?

Leaving for Central America next month to deliver tons of presents for the poor. Will be delivering walking devices (canes, crutches, wheelchairs) for the elderly living in nursing homes. Then, clothes & shoes for the children. I have several special need cases that need to be confirmed & documented. I plan to enjoy Christmas with my good friends in El Salvador. I hope all of you enjoy the season.

I will be going to El Salvador on June 15-19. I am always in need of wheelchairs, crutches, canes, walkers and gently used shoes and clothes. I hope you will follow me on this trip as I plan to send numerous videos on location in SAL of our work. The videos I sent on the last trip were extremely well received from our friends and supporters.

The young man is Jonathan E. He lives in a very remote village in the mountains of El Salvador. We brought him to Texas after his legs were severely burned. He lost a foot, but never lost hope. This area is his house. Concrete floors and walls. Windows are just cutouts, no glass. Cass Calloway was a big help that trip. We were so glad he joined us. And as always, Cameron Gray passing out shoes that are the only way many children in this country have attended school. Without the shoes they cannot make the trek to the nearest church (miles away on dangerous terrain) for classes.
