One year ago today, at 2:14 PM, we filed paperwork to become a college-recognized student organization at Grand Rapids Community College. Since then, we have hosted seven incredible guest speakers and dozens of GRCC staff and students who are eager to get educated and create change. Thank you for your continued support and go raiders!

WOW! Our hearts are full and our gratitude is strong after todays meeting. Thank you so much to all who participated today! Also a special thank you to the folks from Kent County Democratic Party, Michigan League of Conservation Voters, and Winnie Brinks for joining us! We have ONE MORE scheduled meeting left on Monday, April 8th, from 3:00-4:15 PM, with Carol Glanville! Hope to see you there!

Although we did not win, it was an honor to be nominated. Organizing and facilitating a political club at a community college is hard work, and I am proud of our team. It is a distinct honor to be the only organization at Grand Rapids Community College that continues to offer civic engagement programming on campus. Go Raiders!
