Sometimes helping someone starts with knowing what to say.

This Monday, October 26, we're welcoming Arbor Circle back to the Park Theatre for a FREE QPR Su***de Prevention Training.

It's called QPR — Question, Persuade, Refer — and it's about learning to recognize when someone might be struggling, how to have that conversation, and how to help connect them with support.

You don't need any previous training. Just a willingness to learn how to be there for someone who might need you.

We believe spaces like the Park should do more than entertain. They should help us take care of each other, too.
