Join us, May 16th, at 214 Spencer NE for an Open House at Georgie’s, our brand new farm market! Then come check out NECM’s Food Pantry where light refreshments will be served! Both open from 9am - 12 pm. See you there!

Mark your calendars! Saturday, May 9th, is the Stamp Out Hunger Postal Drive. Please place your non-perishable donations in a bag by your mailbox and it will be delivered to a food pantry in your area. This is a great opportunity to help fight food insecurity in our communities. Last year we were blown away by all the support! Let’s make it another amazing drive!

NE Supper House is back! Help celebrate Cinco De Mayo with a Ted-Mex meal from 5-6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 5. New location: New City Church community room, 214 Spencer St. NE.

We want to give a heartfelt thank you to Immanuel St. James Academy whose students recently put together 60 ‘blessing bags’ for NECM’s unhoused clients. Bags include toiletries, snacks, socks, gloves, and other essential items.

When the campaign is over the amounts donated are converted into bigger gift cards for NECM to purchase food for the food pantry.
