Good luck to our scholars as they will take their final exams Monday-Wednesday this week. Wednesday will be the last day of the school year and it is important scholars turn in all of their materials. If you have any questions, please contact us at 616-819-1010.

Last week our 9th and 10th grade scholars got to show off their final projects from their internship placements. Scholars did a great job showcasing their knowledge and talking about their career interests!

Field Day 2026 was a success! Such a fun day celebrating the end of the 26-27 school year with our UPrep Family!

Reminder that Monday, June 1-Wednesday, June 3 are half days. All scholars, 6th-11th grade will be in classes from 8:00am-10:45am. All scholars must turn in their technology and GRPS issued materials before heading out for the summer. If you have any questions, please contact us at 616-819-1010.

Amazing opportunity for rising 10th grade scholars!

Hey future Promise Zone students, level up your skills at the Scholars Rising Summer Program!

Rising 10th graders from all Grand Rapids Promise Zone eligible schools are invited to participate in this seven-week program, meeting Tuesdays and Thursday 9 AM-12:15 PM, from June 16 through July 30. Scholars will review Algebra 1 and English 9, getting ready to crush it when classes resume in the fall.

This year’s theme is Jurassic Park, complimentary breakfast will be provided from 8 AM-9 AM.

Reminder that our surprise celebration for Mrs. Kraai will take place on Friday, May 29th!

We are planning a surprise for our amazing Mrs. Kraai! After more then 30 years in education, Mrs. Kraai will retire and we want to make sure her UPREP family comes together to celebrate her. We are asking any alumni and families that want to come, to show up at 1:45pm. Programming will start promptly at 2pm. This is a secret so we ask that you please don’t tell her. We hope to see you there!
