❤️ Honoring a Life Well Lived

We were deeply touched to see Visiting Angels Grand Rapids, MI mentioned in the obituary of Dewey R. Heetderks Jr., MD, who passed away peacefully on October 4 at Breton Ridge in Grand Rapids.

Dewey lived an extraordinary life of faith, service, family, and dedication to his community. A longtime physician, church leader, husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, he leaves behind a beautiful legacy that will continue through the many lives he touched.

We are especially grateful for the kind words shared by his family:

Last week we celebrated 23 years of Visiting Angels of West Michigan over Pizza with (tag place) and a soda bar! We had such a nice time connecting with Caregivers and giving them an opportunity to meet some of their coworkers they may not cross paths with daily. We are deeply grateful for the clients and caregivers who have all played a part in the journey. Here's to another 23 years!
