International Workers Day is tomorrow and there are a lot of great ways to show your solidarity this weekend! ✊
Friday morning, support the Teachers efforts for open bargaining and better contracts. Then join the Cosecha march at noon calling for sanctuary policies and an end to GR authorities cooperation with ICE.
Saturday, 2-6pm, General Strike US West MI will be hosting Feeding the Fight with food and performances. In the evening, our Labor Working Group will be presenting the final installment of the Workers' Power Teach-in Series. And US Senate Candidate, Abdul El-Sayed will be speaking at the International Workers Day Rally hosted by local unions: IATSE 26, AFM 56, GREA, & the IWW.
Sunday morning, GRDSA will be having our regularly scheduled Coffee w/ Comrades.
