The Michigan Division of the Travelers Protective Association of America is partnering with Post A-West Michigan, Post H-Holland and Post I-Ionia for a statewide community service project during the month of October.

We will be collecting NEW socks of all sizes and types to be given to local charities and schools. This is part of a world wide project, started in 2011 called SOCKtober! There is more information about this project at: happysocktober.com

Please consider donating some NEW SOCKS? Socks are the items least donated to shelters. By donating socks you will make a big difference in the lives of our neighbors who are experiencing difficulties.

Donation boxes have been placed at the following locations in the Grand Rapids area.
