This Memorial Day, we honor and remember the brave individuals who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country.

Their courage and dedication will never be forgotten. Today, we pause to reflect, remember, and show our gratitude.

We had a fantastic time at the Grand Rapids Public Library Library Main Library this past Tuesday! Partnering with GRCC's Michigan Reconnect team, we spread the word about TRIO EOC and GRCC opportunities. Specifically, we were able to highlight how adults aged 25 and older can attend GRCC tuition-free through the Michigan Reconnect scholarship

Fun Fact: Any resident with a library card can print up to 50 pages a week for free! It was the perfect backdrop for helping our community take their next big educational steps!

Puertas Abiertas is making a powerful impact in our community by supporting individuals and families through culturally responsive services and resources. Their work focuses on empowering people, especially within the Latinx community, to live healthy, safe, and self-sufficient lives.

From mental health support and advocacy to job readiness and community resources, they truly open doors to opportunity, healing, and growth.
