We’re grateful for the ways Encounter Church has partnered with ICCF Community Homes through Doing Good Month. Their volunteers served alongside our team, helping turn a house into a home. In doing so, they lived out one of Encounter’s guiding phrases: “We love where we live.”

Partnerships like this help make home possible for more of our neighbors, and we’re thankful for the many hands and hearts that made this day possible.

ICYMI: We’re celebrating the ribbon cutting at 2017 Eastern and officially welcoming 15 new affordable apartments to the neighborhood!

It’s exciting to see this once-familiar grocery store transformed into a place neighbors can now call home. Designed for households across a range of incomes, these apartments feature energy-efficient, all-electric systems, accessible first-floor homes, on-site laundry, and off-street parking.

We’re honored to celebrate alongside Flat River Outreach Ministries (FROM) as they continue expanding support for families across Lowell. Today FROM celebrates the completion of 17 new affordable apartments.

This effort is a reminder of what’s possible when community comes together with purpose!

ICCF Community Homes has officially transformed the space being the post office into 15 new affordable apartments for neighbors in our community. The redevelopment preserves the character and history of the building while creating new housing opportunities in the heart of the Southtown neighborhood.
