Hey guess what? Houses are still on the market and still selling. It's not the frenzy of the last two years, but there are many good reasons people still need or want to move. Distressed sales hardly exist. They're just not a thing in today's market. It's amazing to look back at Q1 2009 though to see 84% of all sales were either bank-owned or short sales.
